These pads are good for under jeans or heavy fabrics, because they are made of foam. Not good for under light fabrics, they will show! Not sure how many uses I will get out of them. The sticky adhesive does not seem like it will stick in place after about two uses. Also the foam seems like it may lose it is shape after sitting for long periods of time. I have only used them one time, so can not be too sure of the amount of good uses you will get.
