1. Contact us via email to obtain Authorization Number. No return or exchange will be accepted unless you provide your Authorization Number with your package. 2. Orders must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and with all original hangtags and labels intact. If you are unsure about your purchase, please try the garments over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse refund on any item that does not meet health regulations. Please note that USPS is the only carrier who delivers to PO boxes. If you use UPS or other carrier, your package will be returned to you. 4. Your return should be dated no later than 15 days from receipt of arrival. NO exceptions. 5. Make sure you use tracking service, as Silicone Body is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We suggest that you use USPS, as other carriers do not deliver to PO boxes. 6. Your return will be processed within 21 business days from receiving it. You will see the refund on the credit/debit card, or Paypal account you originally paid with. It may take as long as one billing cycle until refund appears on your billing statement. Orders placed with check or money order are eligible for exchange only. 7. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. 8. Each return is subject to 10% re-stocking fee. 9. You are responsible for any postal fees associated with the return. 10. Items, purchased on CLEARANCE are final sale and are not refundable.
