Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Echeck, and Paypal.  Your payment is secure and confidential.  You can also pay by check or money order (only for USA).  Orders paid by check will be shipped out once your check clears.  

When sending a check or money order, please include the following information:

• Your Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Shipping Address
• Product Name/Style, Quantity, Size

Of course, if you prefer, you could always place an order online or by calling us.  Our friendly staff will guide you through the ordering process.  Feel free to leave a voicemail, we do everything possible to return ALL calls within the same business day.

Shipping

Most of the time, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving it.  Please review our Return Policy before placing your order.  Order can be canceled only if cancellation occurs prior to shipping.

We ship Monday through Friday, everyday, excluding holidays, via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.   Expedite orders are shipped via Express USPS mail for next day or second day delivery (depending on the area you live in).  Express orders placed after 12 pm are shipped the next business day.  All Express orders require Signature Confirmation; so do all orders over $100.

We ship worldwide.  International orders are shipped via Global International USPS mail and usually arrive within 15 business days from shipping date.  Canadian customers pay domestic (USA) shipping charges.  International shipping applies to all other countries.

We ship all orders with delivery confirmation number.  You're most welcome to contact us to request this tracking number.  If the tracking number shows that your item has been delivered to you by USPS, we have fullfilled our responsibility and have no further obligation.  Express orders are shipped with signature confirmation, so make sure you contact your local post office to request your package if you were not at home at the time of delivery.

We respect your privacy.  Orders are shipped in a plain envelope with our company name discreetly placed on the shipping label.  Packages shipped via USPS 1st Class or Priority mail, arrive within 5 to 6 days from shipping date.  If you have not received your order by the 7th business day, feel free to contact us so that we track the order for you. 

We are now GREEN!  To protect the environment and save trees, we have decreased paper usage.  Your purchase receipt will be electronically delivered to you at the time of your purchase at the email address you provided.  There won't be additional paperwork in the package you will receive, just your actual order.
