At this time, we do not offer mail catalogs.  Feel free to revew our online Catalogs and place your order.

Shipping

• We ship all orders within the USA with delivery confirmation number.  You will receive this tracking number in an email as soon as your order ships.  If you have not received tracking email, please check your SPAM folder, which filter may have prevented you from receiving our email.  If our tracking number shows that your item has been delivered to you, please understand that we have fullfilled our responsibility, and have no further obligation.  Please make sure you provide a safe for delivery address as packages are dropped or delivered to your mailbox.
• Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving it, unless in the rear case the ordered items are on backorder.  We normally restock within one week and ship the entire order.  Please review our Return Policy before placing your order.  Order can be canceled only if cancellation occurs prior to shipping. No changes to shipping, number of items, or address can be done once the order has shipped.
• We ship Monday through Friday(except major holidays), via USPS or UPS.   Expedite orders are shipped via UPS for next day or second day delivery.  Express orders placed after 11:45 am are shipped the next business day. 
• Regular (First Class & Priority Domestic), non-express USA orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days.  Express orders arrive within 24-48 hours.  Express orders are delivered via UPS and require Residential Address; they cannot be shipped to businesses or PO boxes.  First Class and Priority Mail ship to all - PO Box, residential address, and business address. 
• International orders arrive within 3-4 weeks.  We have no control over international customs, and cannot be held responsible how long customs process your package. 
• International orders are shipped via International Priority USPS mail and usually arrive within 21-30 business days from shipping date.  We have no control over international customs.  Sometimes, it may take up to 60 days to receive your order.  You are responsible for any import duties and fees associated with the delivery.
• We respect your privacy.  Orders are shipped in a plain box or non-transparent envelope with no indication what's inside.  Packages are shipped from SB (for Silicone Body), so you won't feel embarrassed someone would find out what you've ordered.
• For security purposes and fraud prevention, orders are limited to 9 items at a time.  We reserve the right to refuse any order if we feel the transaction may be fraudelent in any way.
